As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

To decide if health coaching is right for you, I invite you to schedule a FREE initial consultation with me. During this session, we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals. Programs are available via Skype, in person, or good old fashioned telephone!
OPTION ONE – 6 sessions
+ Six sessions over three months.
+ Your investment: $275 per month.
This program is designed to help you find the pathway to health best suited to your personal needs. Together we will look at all the factors relating to your health and create a positive foundation for you to build on. We’ll foster dietary change to get you on the path to success.
OPTION TWO – 12 sessions
+ Twelve sessions over six months.
+ Your investment: $250 per month.
This is a gradual and long-lasting program that looks at your nutrition, lifestyle, fitness, stress management, emotional connections, plus much, much more. We spend time getting to the core of the issues you’re experiencing to understand where they came from, and then find the best methods to transform them into positive change. We use continuing changes with diet to guide you in the right direction.
OPTION THREE – One-off session
+ One session, one time.
+ Your investment: $115 (one payment).
This is a one-time session designed to offer you the knowledge required to go away and begin making positive change in your life at your own pace.
